Sara lectures to medical professionals and other organizations on stress reduction, acupuncture, and other topics related to well-being and lasting health.

Sara's natural gift of sensitivity was first developed in relationship to the physical body through dancing. Her interests naturally expanded to include the healthful practices necessary to support the intense demands of peak physical performance. As an artist, Sara was also aware that health goes much deeper than mere physical functioning, and must be supported and inspired by a strong and healthy spirit. After 13 years as a professional dancer, Sara transitioned into the healing arts profession in 1987.

Deeply devoted to the heart of spirit, Sara has studied with numerous teachers in both Western and Eastern traditions for over 20 years. She teaches non-dual awareness and sitting meditation.

This has come to be the foundation of her unique practice. Sara's vision is to heal our ability to heal ourselves. Her mission is to encourage the emergence of health, insight, and wholeness through her synthesis of East and West, ancient and modern, physical and energetic.

An attitude of lasting health begins with sensitivity,
grows with knowledge and contemplation, and is practiced as a way of life.
