The Realization Process Embodiment Training
The Realization Process Embodiment Training introduces meditative movement exercises for cultivating the luminous spiritual essence of the body. These exercises teach how to bring the stillness of fundamental consciousness into movement. They also open the body’s subtle energy channels, integrate the mind, breath and body, and develop the essential qualities of being, such as love, awareness, power and sexuality. They develop fluidity, expressiveness, vitality and health. For spiritual realization to be an actual transformation of our being, rather than just a change in our beliefs, it requires an awakening of fundamental consciousness in the whole body. These embodiment teachings allow for the opening of deep meditative interior feeling awareness. The embodiment meditations and movement awakens the clear light of fundamental consciousness in the whole body. Spiritual transformation of the body is an integral component of nondual realization. These techniques can also help heal physical injuries and chronic structural problems, such as scoliosis, they can bring expressivness and breadth to dance movement, and they can refine our sense of touch and our ability to heal others through touch. Subtle Anatomy
Realization Process cultivates fluidity and ease in the body by attuning to a subtle circuitry of energy points throughout the body. These points are our entranceway into the unified dimension of consciousness. Attunement to the subtle circuitry can also help correct misalignments in the body and in the way we move so that injury can be healed and prevented.
Inhabiting the Body
By inhabiting the internal space of your body, you can deepen contact with yourself, and develop self-possession and self-confidence. You can also cultivate the essential qualities of your being, such as love, understanding, power, and sexuality. As you deepen contact with yourself, you both receive and respond to life more deeply.
For Dancers: Stillness Moving
The Realization Process attunement exercises are applied to dance for cultivating fluidity, presence and expressiveness. When you include embodied consciousness in your movement, you move with your whole being.
