This is an invitation to slow down and allow your attention to settle into yourself. You will be assisted with gentle navigation to focus in your body. You will be cultivating the felt-sense of "feeling awareness." This awareness when focused inward can allow you to feel your Loving nature. The rich environment calls you to bring all your barriers, conflicts and divisions so that you may experience what naturally resides within each and every one of them. Here you have the time to open and connect to your primary relationship, your own heart. There will be teachings, one on one navigations, guided and silent meditations.
